No PhD for me

Well,

I just received an email from the person in chargo of the PhD, and it seems the company have just told him that the student needs to hold a post graduate degree, so no PhD for me.

  1. Never mind the PhD, when is the wedding? Simon and I want to sing hymns, ring bells, desecrate graves, piss in fonts- you know, all the things one does in a church. But if you’re going for the registry office quickie, let us know and we’ll ‘liven’ things up a bit. I’ve been to a few registry office ones and trust me they are the most boring f*cking few minutes you’ll ever spend in your life. Not saying that’s what yours is going to be like of course Andy, just pointing out that you get what you pay for- talking of which I’ve got your wedding pressie already and it’s worth every penny (but not £s) so when is my invite arriving?

    We haven’t got a date for the wedding yet, it all depends on what job I can get and how quickly I can save up for it!

    I should be home over easter so will have to go out for some drinks and catchup with everyone!

    Yer, everythings good up here, just very busy now. Only 4/5 more weeks left, with lots of revision and other work to do! I am hoping to come down over easter to see everyone but at this rate I will have to wait till after my exams, which isn’t that much longer anyway!
